GENERAL
•The artist reserves the right to decline commissions at any time.
•The artist retains all the rights over all the commissioned outputs. The artist may use commissioned pieces as examples of work, and may post them into online galleries.
•The artist's work can be cropped for avatars, icons, or website use. Please include a proper credit.
•You are free to print it for yourself and display it in any way you wish to.
•The final product is strictly for personal non-commercial use ONLY. For commercial use, please include this in your message or inquiries.
TO THE CLIENT
• Please engage in clear communication when the artist requests feedback or asks questions. Respond within a reasonable timeframe to keep the creative process moving smoothly.
• Please include visual references and a good description for the artist. The more info the better, references, colors, desired elements, facial expressions, etc. If possible, your own sketches will do! (Stickmen is fine!)
• Take accountability if you fail to provide the necessary information to the artist during the commissioning period. Recognize when you have fallen short and work to rectify the issue. DM is the key.
• Whenever you share the completed commission online, be sure to properly credit the artist and include a link back to their portfolio or website. This gives due recognition to their hard work.
PROCESS
•Sketches WILL ALWAYS BE FREE. They will be low quality and shall provide the client with a sufficient idea of the piece's form. These are necessary and will be done before the payment. Once agreed, the commission shall be paid UPFRONT & FULL, and the commission will start shortly. Any concerns should be asked before the commission starts.
•Files will be delivered on a Google Drive folder (PNG Files Only, request if needed JPEG or etc). If there are any other preferred channels (like Discord) please confirm with the artist first.
•After the conclusion and delivery, 2 revisions will be available, not including alterations that were necessary by my fault.
•If any problems arise due to their health problems, the artist's pieces could take up to weeks to a month, so every process and necessary update will be given to the client through the process. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me. If this is needed in a rush, communicate properly with the artist. It should be prioritized, if available.
PAYMENT
•The commission must be paid fully before the drawing process begin. If there are any concerns, please tell them early on.
•The commission can only be paid through Paypal for the moment.
•Unlesss I myself finish your commision early, asking for a rush in schedule/tight schedule will subject the payment with an additional 20% fee.
•No refunds once the commission has been accepted.
CANCELLATION
•The artist shall take any or not more than half of the commission money of the work is abruptly cancelled. Sketches and/or art made after the commission will be owned by the artist (excluding OCs or other characters from external sources)
